WTVX is a full service television station in Fort Pierce, Florida , broadcasting on local digital UHF channel 34 and virtual channel 34, broadcasting to the West Palm Beach / Fort Pierce area . Founded in 1962, it is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group and branded West Palm CW. WTVX is an affiliate of The CW (The CW Television Network) which features on a mixture of programming mostly targeted towards women and young adults. WTVX’s channel is multiplexed, with four subchannels. Channel 34.1 airs West Palm CW; 34.2 shows a simulcast of sister station WWHB, an affiliate of Azteca America, with Spanish-language programming from Mexican broadcaster TV Azteca; 34.3 simulcasts sister station WTCN, a MyNetwork affiliate, with repeat episodes of other networks highly rated television shows, and 34.4 carries LATV, a bilingual Spanish and English music and entertainment channel.
