WLAE-TV is a full service television station in New Orleans, Louisiana, broadcasting on local digital UHF channel 31 and virtual channel 32. Founded in 1984, it is owned by Educational Broadcasting Foundation. WLAE is a member station of PBS (Public Broadcasting Service). In addition to its PBS programming, WLAE airs locally produced programs with information concerning local interest, culture, history and education.
