KVQT-LD is a low-power television station in Houston, Texas, broadcasting on local digital UHF and virtual channel 21. Founded in 1996, it owned by C. Dowen Johnson. KVQT is an independent station, with a multiplexed channel. Its programming is primarily in Spanish. On 21.1, it broadcasts a Spanish Christian channel, Triunfo TV; on 21.2 is Familia TV, with inspirational programming for a wide variety of denominations. 21.3 is again a religious channel, 21.4 is for local programming, 21.5 carries infomercials in Spanish and 21.6 has Spanish-Language music videos.
