KPXC-TV ION Denver - United States Television
KPXC-TV is a full service television station in Denver, Colorado, broadcasting on local digital UHF channel 43 and virtual channel 59. Founded in 1987 as KUED on analog channel 59, it owned by ION Media Networks, Inc.. It is an affiliate of ION, featuring a broad mix of popular television series, theatrical and made-for-television movies, specials and sports. KPXC’s channel has three subchannels, all with ION programming. On 59.1 is ION’s basic programming; On 59.2 is qubo, ION’s children’s television specialty channel, broadcasting in English and Spanish, and on 59.3 is ION Life, airing lifestyle programming during the day, and movies in the evening. The station used KUED from 1987 until 1998.
