FPTV Festvial Portuguese Television - Canada Television
FPTV or Festival Portuguese Television is a Canadian category 2 Portuguese languagedigital cable specialty channel. It is owned by Frank Alvarez, who also owns and operates a multicultural radio station in Toronto, CIRV. FPTV was launched in the fall of 2001 and is available through a selected number of cable companies including Rogers Cable, Cogeco and Videotron.
