Disney Channel (Disney Channel Middle East is the Middle East countries’ variation of this) is a 24-hour kids’ entertainment channel that is owned by The Walt Disney Company which created the popular character of Mickey Mouse. Disney Channel airs series and movies which are children-oriented. Launched in 1983, Disney Channel has spread its availablity worlwide. This channel’s current programming includes That’s So Raven , The Little Mermaid, The Lion King’s Timon and Pumbaa to name a few.
