Algérie 3 (Thalitha TV) is the third Algerian public channel. This generalist channel started on the web very early compared with some other Arabic channels, and its services as live broadcasting was able to attract a large number of visitors of the Arab community, especially in the West who are considered to be in the first place in terms of the proportion of viewers across the Web.
